Usually Britney Spears tops the list and while few can argue with that he has decided to give the pop wreck a break and goes after Mrs. David Beckham and her cleavage.Posh gets the nod as the worst dressed for this year. Blackwell says that Victoria Beckham stepped out in "one skinny-mini monstrosity after another". "Forget the fashion spice, wearing a skirt would suffice! In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty Posh can really wreck-em," he said in a statement.
The cleavage popping Jessica Simpson also caught Blackwell's ire and not just for being a distraction to Tony Romo and the chances for the Dallas Cowboys to win the Super Bowl. She grabs the nod for eight place.
Showing how desperate he is to try to keep anyone caring about his list he also puts Eva Green on the list and instead of having train wreck Amy Winehouse at number one he placed Posh there so someone would care what the old man still thinks.
Mary-Kate Olsen came in third. Blackwell described her as "a tattered toothpick trapped in a hurricane". No argument there, she could have also earned a top spot. Checking in at number four was Fergie -- "Yes, when it comes to couture chaos, guess it's all in a name!"
His top 10 also includes Kelly Clarkson, Eva Green, Avril Lavigne, Lindsay Lohan and Alison Arngrim.
